USAID donates vehicle to support country activities of the WA Shellfish Hub

To facilitate the smooth implementation of activities in Ghana, the WA Shellfish Hub has taken delivery of a double cabin 4x4 Toyota Hilux pick-up truck. The vehicle was delivered in the last week of July 2023.

The vehicle was procured with funds from Phase II of the Women SHellfishers and Food Security Project.

It is expected that the vehicle will facilitate the high mobility demand of the Shellfish Hub's site-based activities in Ghana.

Since its delivery, the vehicle has immensely facilitated the mobility of the Shellfish Hub’s team members and other partners, including DAA, in implementing activities at Narkwa and Densu.
